Learning material Ogov creates is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) unless a different approved licence is recorded on that item. You may copy, adapt, translate and redistribute it, including commercially, with attribution.

Third-party material keeps its own terms and is marked as such. Every published version records its licence, authors, reviewers, language, publication date and review date.

Learners keep copyright in their own capstone work. Publishing one grants Ogov a licence to publish and preserve it; it does not transfer ownership.
