Corrections register
When Ogov gets something wrong, the correction is recorded here. A correction never overwrites what was published: the earlier version stays available, so a citation made before the correction still resolves.
Each entry names the affected content, the previous version, the corrected claim, the reason, the date and the person who approved it.
