What was agreed
Nigeria and Jamaica signed an agreement on technical assistance intended to expand Nigeria's Technical Aid Corps programme in Jamaica. Jamaica's foreign minister asked for more Nigerian professionals under the programme, particularly nurses and teachers. The ministry's account names health, education and local fabric artisanry as the areas the programme has already covered.
Commitments
No individual commitments have been extracted and verified from this agreement yet. Extracting them needs the text, and an announcement is not the text.
Money
Each rung below is a different kind of fact, and they are never added together. An announcement is not a commitment, and a commitment is not money that moved.

Recorded because it names the signing venue, which the press release does not, and because its headline describes the instrument differently from its own body text.”
